The Avengers Trailer

The first gigantic trailer for "The Avengers" is here, though at first glance, legitimate seemed intensely more like the happening of Michael Bay — a little citizens-ominously-watching-the-skyline "Armageddon" here, a bit of city-block-destroying "Transformers" there — than the handiwork of Marvel and writer/director Joss Whedon.
But that voice-over you learn ropes the beginning (the unparalleled assuring us humans were made to be ruled) is none other than Loki, who makes his first appearance about 20 seconds care the new footage, kick-starting a hot-headed visual procession of superheroes, superheroes also more superheroes. While the trailer didn't see through everything we were hoping for — nor did it have the ineffable coolness we might have expected — sincere gave us a whole lot of Marvel principle to unpack,

Did you catch that little put down at the very end? Classic Joss Whedon delivery. besides it's no real surprise here that Whedon's bantery mystique fits Robert Downey Jr. like a glove."The Avengers," chief popular in 1963 and a comics institution hugely since.
